Descripción

El grupo se dedica a la detección y emisión de radiación de terahercios a temperatura ambiente mediante el uso de transistores de tamaño submicrométrico y la caracterización de células solares (IV, CV, eficiencia cuántica ...). El grupo dispone de los diferentes equipos enumerados a continuación, así como una licencia del software TCAD Synopsys y Monte Carlo, detectores piroeléctricos, láseres en cascada cuánticos a 2,5 THz y otros instrumentos diferentes (amplificadores de bloqueo, generadores de impulsos, medidores de fuente ...)
